The last time I threw a party was a failure because the professional freelance cook made a mess of the two outdoor electric grills. I accepted the feedback from my friends with open mind. Yes, especially the grilled cottage cheese was awesome. I could have done it myself as usual.
Since the number of participants exceeded my expectation, I hired a cook so that I could spend more time with the guests. I took special care to organize the beach party with a magic show and a few fun filled games.
The cook produced good references that spoke about his skills with grills. However, it seemed it was just not his day.
Much later, he confided that he was new with electric grills. I took pity on him and taught him how to cook elephant yams in electric grill. It is a secret recipe, which you can’t find it even in the Internet.
Neither do I have to hold a degree in Electrical Engineering nor have I to ask an electrician whether fixing three Casablanca ceiling fans in my classroom will reduce my electricity bill. I know I can save substantial money by cutting down my air conditioner’s usage.
